A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

A close relative of the panda and the red panda. Its a cute little animal with blue fur and a shaggy tail. It walks on four legs and is slightly larger then a domesticated cat. It mainly eats bamboo but can also eat eggs, birds and insects. And the blue panda is a freaking god that needs to be admired.
