The Block Boyz is a group of queer southern males. They can be identified by their signature "Block Boyz" decal on the back of their pickup trucks. Often mistaken by other commuters to read, "Black Boyz", this similarity in spelling is no mistake--Block Boyz are the largest closeted underground gay pickup truck organization in the Southern United States. Many members have a taste for black boys, and often a rite of initiation into the Block Boyz is having your "dip packed" by a local black male, often a varsity football player. Besides gay sex, Block Boyz all share a profound love for pickup trucks. Block Boyz higher-ups can be identified by their trucks modified to the "Southern squat" or "Carolina squat" position in which the front two wheels of a pickup truck sit higher up than the rear wheels. To the uninitiated, this may appear to be an attempt to mimic a truck "dragging ass" down the road. However, this couldn't be any farther from the truth--or perhaps it couldn't be any more accurate; the head-up ass-down position of a Block Boyz truck is designed to mimic the phenomenon of a blown-out rear end, also known as rectal prolapse.
