A mysterious fat person in the world of Counterstrike. A very rare person who comes in to play Counterstrike, who is well known for going around, when on a rage, saying, "blappy blappy blappy blappy blappy", very fast and hilariously.
"I remember at Wired Inc when Blappy, real name Tits, called me a dirty jew one time. lol ^_^ sucks that Wired Inc closed..."
