A newly popular game among rowdy college guys in which guys compete to see how many "bitties" they can score. Each girl is worth one win. The friend that ends up with the most wins or girls fucked within the baseball season (one college semester) wins.
That guy sleeps with so many girls that there is no way he's not winning his bittie baseball league.
