When a Hispanic gets special treatment for simply being Hispanic, especially from another Hispanic, he or she is said to have gotten a "bean pass". Similar to "pussy pass", except applied to anyone of Hispanic descent.
Moe: I had to run and nearly drop my bag to catch the bus, and boy was the driver upset that I made him wait. But then he stopped for some smiling Mexican guy who wasn't even at the stop, and was totally nice to him.
Joe: That's because that Mexican had the bean pass, bro!
