Baloney & Cheese occurs when a woman wears shoes that are too small for her. Her foot meat then hangs over the side of the shoe (or busts out of the shoe) like baloney and cheese hang over the side of a slice of sandwich bread.
Why is that chick wearing size 6 sandals when her feet are the size of flippers? She is walking down the street with baloney & cheese for everyone to see.
