An expression in the Midwest. Used in social settings by one person that is not very impressed with the actions of another in the group. Most common use is in situations when the person that it is directed towards has done something that lacks most basic common sense. Spelling has been exaggerated for the elongated pronunciation.
Person 1: "I was deer hunting and shot this beautiful buck with a buck with a 15 inch spread."
