Mainly built by the government back in the 1960s and 1970s, the majority of the population indulge in activities including, but not limited to, drinking goon and VB, fighting random pedestrians, knifing people, smoking weed and stealing shit.
Nowhere near as bad as Midland, Rockingham or Armadale though.
