Some restaurants or parties are BYOB, meaning you can bring your own alcohol and shouldn't expect to be able to buy anything there.

Similarly, a venue or event can be BYOTJ, meaning that if you want to rub one out there, you're going to need to bring the necessary ingrediants (willing party, lubricant, tissues etc) yourself.
