BADOAK is a balloon rights society that works to prevent balloon abuse in all its many forms. BADOAK stands for "Balloons (And comrades of balloons) Against All Kinds of Discrimination." It was created by Seershe Boo Rentals and Rarry in 2017, and continues to stay active today, doing vital work for balloons in need. While BADOAK doesn't get much media attention, it has appeared in a New York Times op-ed titled: "Balloons Rights: Say What?"

Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem.
