A person who starts smoking for no reason or to gain attention. usually this person does not inhale or smoke when alone and will have the same smoking resources for weeks but claim they got new ones. When this persons group of friends is used to them smoking they will claim they are quitting to gain attention again when actually they are not addicted in the first place so have no problem 'quitting'
