If Jerry and Anne had countries named after them, how come we don't also hear of countries named after other equally-hilarious belly-laugh professionals --- what about "Abennyca", "Aduranteca", "Askeltonca", or "Ahopeca", in addition to "Astillerca" and "Amearaca"?
