A Sri Lankan English slang word said to a person (male) who has a scat fetish. Usually the person would place hidden cameras in women's washrooms to record women defecating. Extremely unpleasant individual. Sri Lankan men dread being called an Asira.
Abeywickrama was called an "Asira". He left town the next day.
