One who leaves the religion of their childhood through sheer fucking will, usually to become a Heathen. They live their life to the fullest, never missing the chance to have fun, push their personal boundaries and gain the favor of Odin. An Apostape will live in such a way as to leave the members of the forsaken religion in envy of the Apostape. Apostape is a portmanteau of the words Apostate and Ape.
