Anubispedia is a rare and severe case of the disorder, Anxiety. It can be diagnosed as early as ages 11-13; the sufferer of Anubispedia faces occasional anxiety attacks, mental breakdowns, paranoia, fear of social interaction, crowded locations and public speaking. The anxiety attacks and breakdowns previously mentioned can be triggered by:
•being forced into social interaction
•confrontation
•sudden loud noises
•surprise (e.g: a person unexpectedly jumping out at you)
Anubispedia is so rare that under 100 people in the United Kingdom are affected by this form of anxiety. Anubispedia can be caused by:
•past abandonment
•physical and/or mental neglect from a trusted one
•severe bullying
•death of a loved one
•witnessing a horrific and traumatising event (this can also be a cause of PTSD which most Anubispedia sufferers also struggle with).
