(Pronounced: chee neh las) The Filipino version of la chancla used by Filipino moms to threaten their child and beats the shit out of their children if they show signs of misbehaviour, or some shit. It usually gives little children PTSD.
Mother: YOU DIDN'T DO YOUR LAUNDRY? GET OVER HERE AND TAKE ANG TSINELAS.
Son: Ah shit, here we go again.
