A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

Alissa's are quiet... but when she does talk, she's very fun to talk to. Alissa's are extremely loyal and never ditch their friends. But, they get jealous easily. Alissa's are probably the best friends you can have.
