Age play is the term for consenting adults who roleplay in some way pertaining to age. Sometimes this is "infantilism", which is adults acting as babies. AFR or Age free Role playing simply means in a nut shell just what it says Age free role playing meaning there will no restrictions what so ever on what will or will not be role played based on a characters age period.
