When a male is "bopping his boloni" and is about to ejaculate, he runs up to the nearest naked man, woman, hermaphrodite etc. and ejaculates all over their ass. The name "Afgan Anal Bomb" comes from the suicide bombers in Afghanistan. The "Anal" part is quite obvious.
