Aeternarchy (n.)- a system of monarchy in which the perfect, ideal ruler is gentically engineered and then cloned once every 35 years, with each new ruler being schooled by the previous one from birth until succession in philosophy, mathematics, science, history, diplomacy, law, and economics.
Under Aeternarchy, the ruler becomes an ethical machine.
