He's a guy that is usually bored out of his mind and instead of doing normal things like playing games he does things like flick a light switch 1000 times or turn the sky a different color or pretend to get killed by a skinny elephant. eventually if he gets too bored, he'll probably accidentally destroy all of space and time. after all, he is a time lord.

He is a tall boy with perfect hair. He makes you want to fall in love. It’s difficult to talk to him bc of how much feelings there is. His style is amazing and just makes you want to own all his sweaters. He’s friends with everyone but has his own small group.
