Most notably, though, she neglects her disabled infant (always has long nails, did not get a diagnosis for ages {only got a diagnosis when she realised she wanted to get knocked up again}, refused to get things like helmets which would have helped, leaves her lying around on the floor eating food unsupervised, smokes weed around BOTH children, and not even waiting in hospital whilst her daughter had heart failure, and this doesn't even scratch the surface).
