AOUC is an initialism of "available on usual channels", often used in companies who use messaging apps to share announcements for the team. Employees may be working remotely (for a change) and want to share colleagues should reach them.

Usual channels could be standard within a business and its more convenient than writing them all out: Email, Phone, SMS, Slack, Teams.
