IT DOES NOT MEAN THERE ARE NO GOOD COPS.

it means the system is bastardized and unfair; see the blm protests and George floyd, breonna taylor, ahmaud arbory etc. etc.

A.C.A.B. stands for "All Cops Are Bastards" this term became popular in the 70's punk scene because the punk culture had and still has problems with the police. It's used today with the BLM movement to call out the police for murdering innocent people, but the real meaning of A.C.A.B. isn't necessarily that all cops are bad, its means that the system that police officers work for is corrupt, it's also used as a "fuck you" to the government and authority.
