An acronym for "Acknowledged Industry Thought Leader," referring to an authoritative figure in a specified industry, field or subject (e.g., mobile analytics, hip-hop music, geopolitical development, etc.) whose remarks on said field's subject matter have objectively substantial impact on the development of same.
