When someone is not fine, they are out of the ordinary. They could be doing something stupid, or you could not agree with what they are doing.
Did you just poop yourself.. that not fine!”

Get the That not fine neck gaiter and mug.
What you smilingly reply when someone says, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away".
Children with a sweet tooth are not so likely to say, "That's fine --- I love apples" as kiddos who have been raised on a whole-foods diet.

Get a That's fine --- I love apples mug for your friend Manafort.
Da smart-alacky remark dat you glibly toss back at your "little princess/pumpkin" date's father when he warns you, "Whatever you do to my daughter, I'll do to you."
Demurely telling your new gal's dad, "That's fine --- I'm bi" may indeed be sarcastically amusing by implying dat you would actually ENJOY having said paternal dude make you "take it up da bum", but said remark could also "backfire" (pun not intended, but it works well here!), especially if dat family is of the conservative-minded variety... even if they don't truly believe dat you actually meant it, they may still be highly offended at da flippant "either/or" sexual reference, and so the girl may no longer wish to date you, and her parents may not want their precious Miss Vulnerable to be hanging around with "some foul-mouthed/coarse-minded dude" like you.

Get the That's fine --- I'm bi neck gaiter and mug.
A phrase that can be used in any situation, in a sarcastic tone, to make it seem ok or alright. It is also used when you don’t care about the situation.
General: “North Korea just launched a missile toward us!!”
President: “That’s Fine...”

Get a That’s fine mug for your boyfriend Georges.
Another way for authorities to make money, kind of like charging somebody with trespassing for going to a store and shopping (because they didnt have on a mask), and nothing more.
Mask fines are another way to collect money from somebody you want to put out on the street. Telling people something will end quickly is a good way to condition them into being compliant robots for when the next orders and guidelines come out, that way theres no fighting, people think it's normal because it has been for a weeks or months, and they're told it's the new normal. Theres nothing normal about a group/entity trying to take control of everyone else's lives, that's a step toward a totalitarian government, not a step toward reopening or freedom. A good way to take freedom from people is to keep telling them that they will be free only after they keep doing what you tell them to do and complying with your orders, and that it will end. If they compromise something else, if they give the group trying to take control something else, they will get something in return in the end. There's nothing waiting for anyone at the end, any more than theres anything waiting for a cow at a slaughterhouse.
