Doing a Jacko is that one friend who is always the last in a group at a bar/club in a round but has to leave before buying a round of drinks in return. He could be with a group of 4 to 5 people and everyone has bought a drink, but when it's his/her turn they either sneak out or make up some excuse for having to leave.
