A 2CW, or a 'Two Club Wanker' is a term used in Britain (particularly England) to describe a supporter who follows two clubs. This can be a non-league club and a Premier League club for example.
Proper Supporter: "Who do you support mate"
2CW: "I support Gateshead AND Newcastle"
Proper Supporter: "Mate, your a 2CW"
2CW: "I support Gateshead AND Newcastle"

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.
