The term "200Gz" was first popularized and created by the New York Artist Krizm within his debut EP "Krazy World" on the track "One At A Time". The weight of a carat of a diamond is 200 milligrams. 200Gz represents a diamond or any subject that has to do with the concepts of transparency and legitimacy. A real carat weighs 200 milligrams hence 200Gz.
