The 2 Week Theory states that a woman is at her peak horniness around the time of her ovulation period. (Approximately 14 days after the end of her last period) During this time, it is easier to get what you want out of a girl. Ever since George put in his 2 week notice he has done basically nothing in an 8 hour shift. He's such a 2 week noticeable.... I admire him.
