A clueless, Manic-depressive moron who is always "in your face". This is one of those guys that you carefully try to avoid at social gatherings because they have no social grace. They will babble on about how great their life is one minute and how much it sucks to be them the next.
They want to take on the world, but then they don't have time for it. They get mad at you when you remind them of their commitments, as they've moved on to bigger things in their head.

More commonly referred to as a smirk, a douche grin is a smile that expresses scorn, smugness, etc. Often performed by smiling on one side only. The douche grin was named so because douchebags are inclined to abuse smirking.

Smiling all in a person's face, trying to gain their favor. Usually a person that is skinning and grinning is being fake or phony, flattering, or flirting. Trying to impress or befriend a person. Often they don't really like or respect the person and since they aren't being sincere, they are just skinning and grinning.
