-A pretentious artist whom believes that they deserve praise for making a piece of artwork/content/song, no matter how basic and copy pasted their style or idea is, be it anything from a basic stickman or some manga dude in a head lock.
They often feel the need to promote themselves in public areas, forums or in other ways feel relevant.
