#C2C is an Internet activism hashing movement. An acronym of Citizen to Citisen. Specifically citizen to citizen sharing of informstion and direct evidence for the purpose of public safety. IN the #C2C movement this refers to sharing evidence to mitigate damages caused by domestic violence, elder abuse, child abuse and white-collar crime (fraud).
