basically the most annoying lgbt teen you'll ever meet. they unironically use "uwu" and "owo". they scream gay incessantly and make the same gay jokes every 5 minutes on a daily basis. they are generally very loud and disturb others. most of the time, they are also a voltron fan or a yuri on ice fan. a majority of them are also tucutes. the term originated from a friend witnessing many of these children chanting "uwu gay" at a gsa meeting.
