This phrase is a very powerful rendition of "Sweet on" which was first derived and put to use by Zach Larson and Derek Brooks. We have taken the word Sweet and set it as a flag that has to be set.

Sweet on is another way to say: Awesome!
Sweet off is another way to say: Weak!

A word created by Bobby Veto to describe either an attractive or knowingly promiscuous woman. Not necessarily a derogative term. In the event that the she's a stranger it can be considered a compliment.
