A boy whose name you dont know. So instead you made up a nickname and decided to call him Druggie Ice. Well, because the boy looks like he gets super duper high everyday, you got the first name "druggie". You got the "ice" part from the fact that he looks so chill. Druggie Ice usually fits the description of a pale skin male, with dark colored hair and brown eyes.
