Rizz: When one person does something to make another person attracted to them
In other words: They make another attracted by Mewing, Saying a pickup line, or doing a sudden movement that makes them seem “hot”.

Rizz, for example, is when you make someone attracted to you by saying a certain sentence to attract their attention.
A: Are you a parking ticket? Because you look real fine.
B: Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?
C: Are you from Tennessee? Because your the only ten I see.
