My Colleague is a Plank-dangler. She is always quoting from the Bible.

Planking 

An extreme young old sport in which a person lies outstretched on or beside an object. Correct form requires an expressionless face and arms pointed towards feet.

Jarrod: "I'm going to do some planking on that young old tree."

An activity that originated in Australia, which involves lying down in a straight horizontal position (like a plank of wood) in various, random and usually unexpected places.

Bob: Oi John, what should we do this weekend?

Planking 

Planking is the action of lying face down with arms to the sides of the body, on top of objects and photographing it. The more dangerous the plank, the better the planker you are.

James got arrested after planking on a police car. Dangerous plank.

Sarah thought it was a great idea to plank on top of a display at the grocery store. Until it came tumbling down. Unstable plank.

I saw this guy planking on top of a billboard on my way to work yesterday. Good one!

Planking 

Planking is a fad that involves people lying "like a plank" in various random places, such as on top of poles and on public transport. The aim is to be as creative as possible.

Planking began as an obscure fad in South Australia. It gained notority when a "planker" in Brisbane, Australia was intoxicated and planked on the side of a balcony, subsequently falling to his death.

Plankers are encouraged to be creative but safe.

Girl: Did I show you the picture of the planker on the railway tracks?

Guy: Yeah, right after you showed me the pic of the host of the morning show planking on her couch.

Guy 1: Steve planked on a paint can on the weekend. You could see the mark on his stomach afterwards.

Guy 2: Bet he was drunk.
