LOL

When you live at home and your mum is walking round down stairs, you can't just go for it and give ya self a good old hand shandy, you have to LOL (lob off lightly) so she won't hear what you're up to!

LOL

LOL is used by adventurers when they see a Large Orange Liger. LOL could also be used as a past tense of a action such as roaring like a liger: LOL'd.
Ex1:
Adventurer1: Omg, LOL! LOL!
Adventurer2: Where?!

Ex2:
Person: There was a creeper so i LOL'd as loud as i could!

Commonly used to say "laugh out loud", but often not used to say it. People often type this in with out any actual expression, instead they use it as a conversation filler. Also used when you don't want to express how much you don't care about something, as to not hurt their feelings. This is also commonly used when your not paying attention to what the person is saying. Or they say something really long, and you don't want to read it. This description, for instance.
Conversation One:
Guy 1: Dude, I totally pwned this guy at school today. Hes like, "Man, I could beat you into a bloody pulp" and I'm like "I bet you don't even know what y=mx+b means." Then he punched me. It hurt

Guy 2: lol

Conversation Two:
Guy 1: I'm so angry!! My girl friend is such a whore!!

Guy 2: lol

Conversation Three:
Guy 1: Hey what's up?

Guy 2: Nothing much you?

Guy 1: Nothing.

Guy 2: lol

lol inside of brackets is basically like a super LOL because it sorta looks like a tie-fighter.

Laugh out loud emphasized.
wow, that is so funny... lol
and this site doesn't let me use brackets in the example because it uses them to link to other words. lame. but, you get the idea there's an open bracket, then lol, then closed bracket. this almost isn't funny anymore because I had to spell it out to explain it.
