A short/slang version of the full word 'Kepala Butoh' literally translates to 'Dick Head'

1. Commonly used as a derogatory term sprinkled in a verbal fight.

2. Sometimes used as a reaction of disagreement to a statement

Sulligent, AL.

Itty bitty little Alabama town that might as well be in Mississippi. With a population of something like 1200, the only folks you see here are either police, family of police, or the junkies the police are after. With only a handful of stores and zero good restaurants, Sulligent is just a large group of old folks waiting to die, and young folks hoping it happens sooner, rather than later.
