When someone says something mildly inappropriate or unexpected. A small variant of verbal diarrhea.

Tina: Sorry, that was a mouth queef! I didn't mean anything by it.

Disney Mouth

Variation on Disney Ears. Denotes someone who never uses profanity, refrains from making unsavory sexual references, and/ or veils any objectionable subject matter so heavily that innocence can always be claimed no matter how dirty their mind may actually be.

Heather might have Disney mouth, but her ears are not innocent.

Heather's mind may be dirty, but her mouth is as pure as the driven snow.
