Same meaning; however, with potentially more of an insult to the recipient given that it is typically wielded by a person with no higher than a 9th or 10th grade education, multiple missing teeth, and wearing greasy overalls--all, which said person wears as a badge of pride in protest to the perceived traditional version with french influence
