A refried fart is when a woman passes gas in a weird seated position and instead of up flapping out or sliding up the crack, it slides up to her vagina. The Refried Fart occurs when said gas is pushed back out for the 2nd time.

So there I was trying on white jeans for my sisters white trash wedding when I sneezed....and simultaneously shit my tights....fart sneezed. . Looked like I sat on a midget while it was eating pumpkin pie.
