This is another penis game maneuver(from the movie "WAITING"). One testicle is placed on top of the other vertically, as to immitate the body of a snowman. Then the head of the penis is placed on top of the balls, as to immitate the head of the snowman....finally you have your one eyed snowman.

Tommy gave me the one-eyed snowman, then proceded to call me a fag and kick me in the ass 100 times.
