Harry James Potter (b. 31 July 1980) was an English half-blood wizard, and one of the most famous wizards of modern times. The only child and son of James and Lily Potter (née Evans), Harry's birth was overshadowed by a prophecy, naming either himself or Neville Longbottom as the one with the power to vanquish Lord Voldemort, the most powerful and feared Dark Wizard in the world. After half of the prophecy was reported to Voldemort, courtesy of Severus Snape, Harry was chosen as the target due to his many similarities with the Dark Lord. In turn, this caused the Potter family to go into hiding.

Post Harry Potter Trauma

Post Harry Potter Sadness (also abbreviated as 'PHPT') is a mental condition where once an individual finishes watching/reading Harry Potter, they realize that the ships in Harry Potter are not together in real life and magic is non-existent as well since (almost) everything is scientific. Reportedly 95% of the people have this after finishing the series. Many try doing magic themselves, but doing so only disappoints them. PHPT can be temporary or everlasting. (PHPT occurs commonly in females on the realization that they cannot date 'Draco Malfoy')

"Oh, you'll have PHPT soon just like we all did."
"What's that?"
"Post Harry Potter Trauma."
"Oh."

A highly popular book series with seven books, three spin off books, eight movies, a play and two spinoff movies (at the time of writing). Many people wish to be part of this world, but the whole series can be summed up in one sentence from the first book:

‘Harry then did something very brave, but very stupid.’
