Usually refers to a woman with a fat ass but can also just mean a woman that is thick in the right places. Ass, titties, thighs etc.

The action of one teammate completely outperforming the others in a team game. A reference to the idea of a runner carrying all of his teammates on his back during a relay race.

Mike: Damn, I completely threw that game
Bryce: Yeah you're lucky I'm here to carry with my 34 kills and 4 deaths

Basically, it is the effect of ya'll gettin drunk right quick the next day after getting crunk the night before.
