OR
To describe an attractive, cheeky and perhaps naughty male. Usually wears hoodies and/or caps. Often does graffiti and/or mixes. Can't really be called a man yet even if he is nearly 20. (Used by my friend to describe my boyfriend.)

His hair style is particularly bowl-like and his diet consists mainly of spanish professors of the plump zany female variety. He can only be found in the deepest forests of South America and occasionally at crappy middle schools in the state of Pennsylvania located in the United States.
