It is a shortened version of "and everything else than can be associated with the topic." n s'it is commonly used at the end of sentences or in a concluding statement. It can also be used as a comeback in an instance where you cannot think of anything to say.

Something that fanfiction writers use to say Your Name in a short manner. It usually means shipping the reader or the reader's Original Character- Or 'OC' with a canon character or another OC of the author.
Authors who usually make this kind of fanfiction are shitty entitled people but that's only if it's not Y/N x Canon
However, don't judge people for what they write.

Jennifer: "Have you seen that new fan-fic?"
Tam: "No, what is it about?"
