Dirty Anesthesia 

When a male or female puts their lips around the butthole of another male or female and then starts breathing in his/her farts but doesn't exhale, eventually passing out for a brief moment. (works best if they have gas & you sit on their face)

John: What did you & Mary do last night?
Jim: I gave her some Dirty Anesthesia,she passed out for like 2 minutes
John: Nice!

1. a group of drugs that usually induce analgesia/unconsciousness/amnesia
2. a drug that numbs a region/local area, usually drugs with a suffix -caine and yes, including cocaine
