Pansexuality is the attraction to all genders.
This is not to be confused with bisexuality, which is the attraction to any combination of at least two genders (men & women, men & women &enby people, enby people & women, etc).

Pansexuals often identify as pan because it explicitly states all genders, whereas bisexuality could mean a number of things to each individual.
Some people call themselves both pansexual and bisexual.

Pansexual Lesbian 

A contradictory sexuality. A pansexual is attracted to everybody; whereas a lesbian is an identifying female exclusively attracted to other identifying females.

It invalidates the existence of actual lesbians and should be considered offensive, but it's not because people like to pick and choose their battles.

A: I sexually identify as a pansexual lesbian.
B: That makes no sense, but you do you.

attraction that does not include inscribed gender (gay, lesbian, bisexual); similar to pansexual; and/or polygamy or non-monogamy

I'm dating a few people right now besides him. My gender isn't static, so I don't talk about my sexual orientation as bisexual, especially since I'm not monogamous either. So that's why I say I'm polysexual.

Pansexual 

Someone who's attraction to a person is unaffected by their gender identity. Pansexual and bisexual are differenf- bi people are attracted specifically to cisgender people (male and female) and pansexual people are attracted to those two as well as all other genders. It's not uncommon for pansexual people to originally think they're bisexual.

Pansexual people are NOT attraccted to pans

It's a common misconception that pansexuals are attracted to everyone, but this is very wrong.
